  • Are your diamonds natural or lab created?

Natural. We only work with natural earth mined diamonds & precious stones. We do NOT work with lab created stones. 

  • What is your jewelry made out of?

Our pieces are set in 18K solid gold. 

    • Why do I have to provide a form of personal identification after I make a purchase? 
    In compliance with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism, Soho Diamonds is obliged as a registered jewelry company to obtain a form of ID. This falls under the laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain to prevent and prohibit the laundering of money. 

    • How can i see the pieces before i make a purchase?

    Soho Diamonds is an online based fine jewellery shop. You can shop our pieces via our website only or during the exhibitions we participate in throughout the year.

    • What is your registration number?

    Soho Diamonds is a registered individual establishment at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Soho Diamonds is licensed in jewelry design, sale/trade of jewelry related articles, and  for retail sale via the internet.

    • How soon will i receive my order once it has shipped?

    We ship via DHL express; GCC orders require 2-4 business days. If an item ordered is in stock it will arrive in 2-4 business days. If its made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery & 4-6 weeks for pieces with natural Bahraini pearls.

    • How much do i have to pay for delivery/shipping?

    Local delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain is 3Bd. Shipping to the KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman is 10Bd.

    • What is your refund/exchange policy?

    • Do prices and shipping rates include tax?
    Prices and shipping fees for international orders do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. 
    The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
